Meet Barbara Flynn

She attended undergraduate at the University of Illinois Champaign – Urbana where she was on the Illinettes Dance Team performing with the team at all home football and basketball games as well as the Sugar Bowl in 2003. Dr. Flynn then pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Rochester, MN. After graduation, Dr. Flynn began her career practice in her hometown, and met her husband, Josh. They were married in 2009, and moved up to MN so Josh could pursue his career. Dr. Flynn was very familiar with a MN winter from her experience with grad school and felt somewhat prepared. The Flynns have four children, all girls. The oldest, Grace, is currently a sophomore at Lakeville South High School. She keeps very busy with her AP and Honors classes, while also working several hours per week. Reese is in middle school and plays competitive soccer. She also enjoys babysitting for friends and neighbors. Mia is in 4th grade at JFK Elementary in Lakeville and is on her gymnastics pre-team. Their youngest, Elyse, is in preschool and will be starting Kindergarten in the fall. The Flynns keep very busy with all the many activities the family is involved in, feeling much joy and blessings watching the girls grow.
